We source all the best local Tasmanian produce.
Our beef, steak, lamb and salmon are all 100% Tasmanian and our chicken breast is Australian farmed free-range chicken.
All our vegetarian patties are made in Haus by our chefs using the freshest ingredients.
Majority of our menu can be made Gluten Free, and we have vegan options also!
